To guarantee the reservation we require a deposit of 30%. The remaining amount must be paid at check-in.     In the event of timely notice, you will be refunded 50% of the deposit.

Services not included

- Do not have covered parking ..there are some free parking spaces in the area (less than 300 m).
- There are no lunch and dinner. ..the kitchen is used for meals to children.
- Do not have the private beach. ..100 meters from the B & B is the beach (mostly free).
